Quality Stems from Our Avocado Fruit
The Morning Bee works with local farmers in Mexico who have the best avocado produce in the volcanic belt regions. Our avocados are wholly grown in Mexico's unique Andosols (or Andisols), soils that have formed in volcanic ash or other volcanic ejecta. Andosols, which make up 1.26% of the soil type in Mexico, are high in organic matter content, allow excellent drainage with high water-holding and nutrient-holding capacity. This unique and fertile soil coupled with optimal elevation, temperature and natural irrigation by timely rainfall deliver healthy avocado trees that produce high quality, nutritious, delicious avocado fruits.

Upon reaching the facility, the avocados are washed, and the skin and pits are removed. Avocado oil is extracted from the avocado pulp through the high-speed centrifuge method, filtered and then naturally refined without the use of chemicals or additives. The results- a 100% Pure Avocado Oil. The oil is then bottled in dark glass bottled to deliver freshness and exceptional quality. Each bottle of The Morning Bee is non-GMO verified, packed with goodness for health, a high smoke point and a neutral flavor that will enhance all types of culinary adventures.
